With demand growing all the time for our services we need to add a few little pieces to protect ourselves.
1) If you are making a booking which is due to land in less than 48 Hours then you must monitor your emails to make sure you get a response from us. Please do not just send a mail before you are due to leave and expect us to be there. If we respond to your mail and you do not reply then we will not be there to meet you. EVERYTHING must be confirmed.
2) Unfortunately there will ALWAYS be unforeseen circumstances. In these events we will always do our best to keep you informed. For example in high season our vehicles are in huge demand. We get stretched to capacity. Should your flight arrive late, in extreme circumstances we may have to “pair you up” with another flight arrival. This will not be done if we sense that you would need to wait more than 30 minutes. So far since the business has opened we have only had to do this once. But the only other option is to leave one party behind which I am sure you will agree is not acceptable. Whenever we “double up” we will only do this if the other party is going to the same resort as you. And the cost would be split between both parties.
I am sure you will agree that having to do this only once in 8 years is a great track record. But we just want to cover ourselves.
3) Any promotions done by Algarve365 are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Any promotion offered is only based on booking a two way journey and not a single transfer. Booking one way only voids any offer applied for.
