“We have used Algarve365 now for around 6 years and cannot recommend the company high enough. We have never had a bad journey in all the years we have used them. We have two young boys and child seats (of all different sizes) are always available for your journey. Very helpful and polite English speaking staff members have always made our journeys both to our destination and back to the airport (when we are a bit down in the dumps about leaving) a pleasure. Very efficient (from the moment of booking). We would never use anyone else as they are an extremely reliable company!”

I made a few mistakes with flight timings but Donna noticed those and rearranged the bookings I don't know how many times and made sure there were drivers available for the changed pickups. The guys turned up right on time, every time, and we very friendly, helpful and polite. They certainly weren't the cheapest, and the vans might be getting a bit long in the tooth, but we were really impressed with their services you can tell they really love the area. “After having a bad experience with the last Transfer company I used, I decided to give Algarve 365 a try and am I glad I did. The lady driver met us at arrivals with a friendly smile and welcoming persona. She made me feel very at ease. When she dropped us at our hotel she confirmed the date & time of the return transfer and arranged a meeting point. On the day of the return transfer, we were waiting at the agreed spot, then 10 mins before she was due to arrive the local police closed off all the roads into the town centre, which was a bit of a pain but in no way the company's fault. I called them and an alternative meeting point was discussed. I must say that I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole experience and will definately be using Algarve 365 next time.”

“May I take the opportunity to say how pleased I was with your service the last time I used it (13th February 2012 - 20th February 2012: same location). When I came out of the airport our driver was waiting there for us with my name on a card. He then told us to wait right there and carried our bags to his car, because the airport was being refurbished and he had had to park further away. Though I was worried for a moment that he had ran off with our bags, he shortly returned and drove us straight there. He was polite and pleasant company. When we got to the complex he helped us find our contact and then helped us bring our bags upstairs and into the apartment. On the return journey we were scheduled to be pick up at 5am. We had given the money to him on the day we were picked up and since then had had no further contact with anyone from your company. But at 4:40am the same guy was waiting outside our apartment. It was a great experience considering it was the first time I had organised a holiday myself, and the first time me and my partner had been together. I want to thank your company for making it as smooth as possible. I cannot remember the name of the driver, I think it might have been Paul, but he was delightful. Medium height, around 45, slightly bald? My memory isn't perfect, but maybe you have it in your records. Anyway thank you and thank him. I recommend you to everyone who goes to the algarve for the service and the fact your prices are extremely reasonable. Sorry for the ramble. Hopefully this trip will be just as smooth but I'm sure it will.”

He was friendly and helpful and allayed all my fears about not turning up to collect us the following Sunday (we had a nightmare last year with one of the bus transfer companies that ruined the last day of our holiday and left me completely stressed). Sure enough, the taxi turned up on time to collect us and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare.
